1251 is Jackson’s second out ambulance. Just as 1250, it is equipped with a variety of tools and equipment to handle any medical emergency. From splints and long boards for traumatic injuries to intravenous drugs to counteract narcotic overdoses and diabetic emergencies as well as a defibrillator for cardiac arrests. 1251 is used as first out squad for car accidents, and fire calls, and is essentially an identical copy of 1250, except that the unit is seven years older. Having both squads set up similarly helps the ambulance crews work more efficently because the supplies are all in similar areas.
