The Jackson Fire Department requires that certain alarm and suppression equipment as well as storage tanks be inspected and approved prior to being put into service. Currently, the following types of installations require a permit:
Fire sprinkler systems
Booth and hood suppression systems
Fire alarms
Storage Tanks
Located below are the permit forms that need to be filled out to request the permits as well as an instruction sheet to aid in filling them out. Completed forms should be returned to the Fire Department along with a check for any applicable permit fees.
